STAY CLOSE AND SAFE
I decided to take my wife with me on a fishing trip, in October of last year. We left
The house around 6 am. We drove up to the Lower Enterprise Lake, here in So.
Utah. At 6am, my wife is not yet awake, and Mary decided to stay in the truck,
while I went off and do my fishing thing. I had a great time working the small stream, and I went up and down the stream many times that day, catching a number of nice size trout. It was round 4 pm, and I decided to call it a day. I went back to the truck, threw my pole and fish in the back, and left driving home, some 20 miles away. As I was pulling in the driveway to my ranch, I noticed I forgot something… MY WIFE…. I turned around in a hurry and sped back to the lake finding my wife sitting on the dam. I will never do that again, it seemed like it took forever to get home that evening.
MAKING A CAMPING CHECK LIST;
There are a lot of camping check list that are available on the internet. The question is how you find the right camping check list that’s right for you. I found the best way is to make your own camping check list. Start by writing down all items you will
need for your daily or weekly camping expedition. I mean everything, food, blankets, sleeping bags, water, fruit, spare gas cans, guns, ammo, compound bow and arrows, binoculars, etc and don’t leave anything out. Most of all, don’t forget your wife. If you do, it’s a no no! Double check your camping check list many times before and after your vehicle is loaded, and make sure you pick up additional items needed before you leave town. Also, be sure to go over the camping check list when you are loading up for the trip home. This will ensure you that you did not leave any thing behind. Make sure your wife is in the vehicle before you leave the camping ground. Remember, if I would have checked my camping check list before I left the first time, I would not have been in as much trouble as I was in. Remember your camping check list, and check it twice, it’s a great tool, use it
